الدور اللوجستي لترسانة بناء وإصلاح السفن على القطاع البحري

Abstract

هدفت هذه الرسالة إلى دراسة وتحليل الدور اللوجستي لترسانة بناء وإصلاح السفن على القطاع البحري، تم تحديد عدة أهداف للبحث تتضمن تحليل أهمية اللوجستيات البحرية في تشغيل سفن االقطاع البحري ودورها في كفاءة العمليات البحرية، تم أيضًا دراسة أنظمة الإمداد والتخزين وعمليات التخطيط والتنظيم التي تستخدمها ترسانة بناء وإصلاح السفن لضمان توفير الموارد اللازمة لتشغيل القطاع البحري. المنهجية التي اتبعتها في هذه الرسالة تتضمن مراجعة شاملة للمصادر والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة باللوجستيات البحرية وترسانة بناء وإصلاح السفن، تم تحليل تلك الدراسات وتلخيصها لتوضيح العلاقة بين ترسانة السفن وتشغيل سفن القطاع البحري، كما تم استعراض العوامل المؤثرة في الأداء اللوجستي لترسانة السفن وتأثيرها على القطاع البحري. أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الرسالة إلى أن اللوجستيات البحرية تلعب دورًا حاسمًا في تشغيل القطاع البحري، حيث تؤثر بشكل مباشر على كفاءة العمليات البحرية وتوفير الموارد اللازمة. وأهم التوصيات للدراسة تتمثل في ضرورة تحسين أنظمة الإمداد والتخزين وعمليات التخطيط والتنظيم، بالإضافة إلى استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات ونظم المعلومات اللوجستية لتحقيق أفضل استخدام للموارد ونوصي بالاهتمام بمجالات توطين تخريد السفن والإصلاح والبناء.

Abstract This thesis aimed to study and analyze the logistical role of the shipyard on the maritime sector, several objectives of the research were identified, including an analysis of the importance of maritime logistics in the operation of ships of the maritime sector and its role in the efficiency of maritime operations, the supply and storage systems and the planning and organization processes used by the shipyard were also studied to ensure the provision of the necessary resources to operate the maritime sector. The methodology followed in this thesis includes a comprehensive review of previous sources and studies related to maritime logistics and shipyard building and repair, these studies were analyzed and summarized to clarify the relationship between the shipyard and the operation of ships in the maritime sector, as well as a review of the factors affecting the logistical performance of the shipyard and its impact on the maritime sector. The main findings of the letter are that maritime logistics play a crucial role in the operation of the maritime sector, as it directly affects the efficiency of maritime operations and the provision of the necessary resources. The most important recommendations of the study are the need to improve supply and storage systems, planning and organization processes, in addition to the use of information technology and logistics information systems to achieve the best use of resources and we recommend paying attention to the areas of ship scrapping localization, repair and construction.
