التلف المبكر لاطارات السيارات في السودان

Abstract

تعتبر الاطارات من الاجزاء المهمة في السيارة وترجع اهميتها في ان تلفها قد يتسبب في كثير من الاضرار التي تلحق بالسيارة وينتج عنها اغلب حوادث المرور التي تؤدي الي فقدان الارواح وتؤثر علي الاقتصاد القومي. وهذا ينتج من عدم معرفة الكثير من الناس بثقافة مواصفات الاطارات والدليل علي ذلك وجود كميات كبيرة من الاطارات التالفة علي جانبي طريق المرور السريع ( بورتسودان – الخرطوم )، تفترض هذه الدراسة ان المشكلة ناتجة من ان الاطارات المستوردة غير مطابقه للمواصفات السودانية . ومن هنا بدأت الدراسة بالمواصفات السودانية الخاصة بعملية التفتيش (الفحص النظري) والاختبارات المعملية ومقارنتها بالمواصفات الخليجية والعالمية (الايزو)، وتم عمل اختبارات معملية لبعض انواع الاطارات المستوردة والتي اثبتت نتائجها عدم مطابقتها لمواصفات الاختبارات الخليجية والعالمية (الايزو) وخلو مواصفات الاختبارات السودانية من حدود لنتائج الاختبارات التي يتم المقارنة بها في عملية المطابقة، وعدم وجود مرجعيات علمية كافية لمواصفة التفتيش واتساع مجال تطبيقها مقارنة بالمواصفات الخليجية والعالمية (الايزو). وهذا يوكد عدم جدوي تطبيق مواصفة التخزين لدخول الاطارات للبلاد بهذة الحالة من عدم المطابقة

Abstract

Tyres are considered as essential components of vehicles in general. Nevertheless they cause various disasters to people and national economy; then the dejecting sight of heaps of damaged Tyres on both sides of port Sudan/Khartoum high way; in addition to the fact that many people are negligent of Tyres specification awareness .Thus due to the accumilated information the study has aimed to find out the actual causes of these setbacks supposing that these Tyres have been imported inconsistent to the Sudanese specifications. Accordingly the study has taken the Sudanese specification as a target for the process of inspection ,especially the visual inspection and the laboratory tests comparing them with the Global Gulf specifications Imported Tyres had been subjected to laboratory tests to which the consequences proved to be inconsistent to the Global Gulf specifications. They also showed that the Sudanese specifications tests are below standard level to be compared with others in the process of consistency. Furthermore, the complete absence of scientific references for specification tests together with their narrow scope and application compared with the Global Gulf specifications .Therefore, this analysis insures that it is of no avail applying this storage specification for importing Tyres in their incongruent status.
