دور إنتاج الألبان فى التنمية الريفيّة بولاية البحرالأحمر

Abstract

. يتضمن البحث دور إنتاج الألبان في التنمية الريفية بولاية البحر الأحمر دراسة حالة مدينة بورتسودان وذلك من خلال تطوير إنتاج الألبان في مراحل الإنتاج والتسويق والتصنيع مع الإلتزام بأُسس الجودة والمواصفات . وقد هدف البحث الي إنشاء قاعدة بيانات لقطاع إنتاج الألبان بالولاية والتأكيد علي أهمية دور الألبان في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي بالولاية وتحديد المشاكل التي تُواجه هذا القطاع والمساهمة فى إيجاد الحلول و تطوير نُظم الإنتاج التقليديه. إتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي بالتكامل مع منهج دراسة الحالة ، إستعان الباحث بالمصادر الأولية كالإستبانه والمصادر الثانوية كالكتب وأوراق العمل والصحف والتقارير بالإضافة للشبكة العنكبوتية المعلوماتية، تمَّ إختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مُجمَّعات مختلفة لإنتاج الألبان بولاية البحر الأحمر مع مراعاة إختلاف عدد المزارع بكل مُجمَّع وتوزيع الإستبانة وفقا لذلك ، حيث كان تمركز المُجمَّعات حول مدينة بورتسودان ، وبالتالى تم إختيار عينة حجمها 100 مزرعة من مُختلف المجمّعات وهى عينة تُمثِّل مُجمَّعات إنتاج الألبان بالولاية كما إستخدم البحث برنامج الحزم التقنية للعلوم الإجتماعية والنسب والمتوسطات كطريقة إحصائية بسيطة في تحليل البيانات. توصل البحث لعدة نتائج أهمها : - ان هنالك عدم اهتمام بالرعاية والاهتمام بصحة الحيوان كما اوضح 78 % من المستهدفين. - اصحاب المزارع اكدوا بنسبة 90 % بان النُدرة في الأعلاف وإرتفاع أسعارها يشكلان التحدي الاكبر للتنمية. - يتم الترحيل لمنتجات الالبان بوسائل تقليدية كما اوضح المستهدفين بنسبة 85 % . وقد أوصى البحث بالتوصيات التالية : - توفير الخدمات الأساسية لمجمعات الألبان . - تخصيص قروض ميسرة لمنتجي الألبان ومنتجاتها . - السعي في تكوين جمعيات تعاونية للمنتجين .

Abstract

The research includes the role of milk production in the rural development in the Red Sea State and that through the development of milk production in the stages of production, marketing and manufacturing , abide by the principles of quality and specifications . The research aims to establishing database for the milk production sector in the state and the confirmation of the importance of milk role in reinforcement the food security in the state through determining the problems that face this sector and contribute to finding solutions . The research used the descriptive method in an integration with the case study . The methodology of the research was based on a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool , while the secondary data were collected through books , reports, in addition to the ( Inter-net ) . A simple sample was selected randomly from different compounds of milk production in Red Sea State. The number of the farms which were selected reached to (100) farms , the research used the ( SPSS program ) in addition to the averages and the percentages (a simple statistical method ) in data analysis . The research reached several results and the important results were : _ Seventy eight percent of respondent mentioned the lack of health care and outbreak of the diseases. _The scarcity in the forages and the increase of their price with were hampering development as 90% of respondents mentioned. - The products transfer is done through traditional channels as mentioned by 85%. The research recommended the following : - The provision of the essential services for milk compounds . - The allocation of soft loans for the milk producers and it's products . - Seeking to form co-operatives for
