أثر رقابة قنوات التوزيع الدوائي على فعالية المادة العلاجية دراسة حالة : ( الإدارة العامة للصيدلة ، بورتسودان 2016 - 2017 ) 2014 – 2016م

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين الرقابة على تخزين وصرف وترحيل المنتجات الدوائية وفعاليتها كمادة علاجية ، كما هدفت إلى تعزيز نظم الرقابة على التخزين السليم للمنتجات الدوائية اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (أسلوب دراسة الحالة) لاختبار فرضيات البحث إضافة إلى المنهج التاريخي لتتبع الأدبيات السابقة. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها ما يلي: - الرقابة على تخزين وترحيل وصرف المنتجات الدوائية لها أثر ملموس على فعالية المنتجات الدوائية. - تؤثر الرقابة إيجاباً على حجم التخزين وتسهيل عملية النقل والمناولة. - تساهم أساليب الرقابة في تعزيز عمليات التنسيق وتحسين الحصص التخزينية. تأسيساً على النتائج أعلاه؛ توصي الباحثة بالآتي: - العمل على تشديد الرقابة على تخزين وترحيل وصرف المنتجات الدوائية - ضرورة تعزيز مفاهيم التخزين السليم للمنتجات الدوائية. - يجب تكثيف الدورات التدريبية للعاملين في القطاع الصيدلي بكافة تخصصاتهم المهنية.

Abstract

The problem of this study represents in stating the effect of distribution channel control on the effectiveness of the therapeutic substance. The study aimed at establish the relationship between control over the storage, delivery and transporting of the pharmaceutical products and its efficacy as a therapeutic material, and aimed at strengthen the control systems for the proper storage to the pharmaceutical products. The research followed the analytical descriptive approach (the case study method) to test the hypotheses of the research in addition to the historical approach to track the literature review. The research reached to a number of results, the most important of which are the followings: - Control of the storage, transport and delivery of the pharmaceutical products has a significant impact on the effectiveness of pharmaceutical products. - Control positively affects on the volume of storage and facilitate the process of transport and handling. - Control methods contribute in enhancing coordination processes and improving storage quotas. Based on the above results, the researcher recommends the followings: - Working on strengthen the control over the storage, transport and delivery of the pharmaceutical products. - The necessity to promote the concepts of the proper storage of pharmaceutical products. - Training courses for workers in the pharmaceutical sector should be intensified in all their professional fields.
