معوقات التربية العملية بكلية التربية أساس بجامعة البحر الأحمر من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي المعوقات المهنية والإدارية والمالية التي تواجه التربية العملية بكلية التربية (أساس) جامعة البحر الأحمر من وجه نظر المشرفين التربويين و التعرف علي المقترحات التي تسهم في تحسين التربية العملية إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مشرفي التربية العملية ، وبلغ (275) مشرفاً ، واختارت الباحثة (40) مشرفاً ومشرفة بطريقة عشوائية، بنسبة (15%) من مجتمع الدراسة، ولجمع المعلومات صممت الباحثة استبانه لقياس معوقات التربية العملية الإدارية والمهنية والمالية، وخلصت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية : - المعوقات المهنية وتتلخص في الآتي : لم يتوفر لدى الطالب/المعلم الكفايات التدريسية أثناء التدريب الميداني، لايجتمع المشرف مع الطلاب/المعلمين لتقديم التوجيهات والإرشادات بعد كل زيارة، قلة تعرض الطلاب/المعلمين لتحليل منهج مرحلة التي تم إعدادها للعمل فيها. - المعوقات الإدارية وتتلخص في الأتي : عدم يتوفر دليل لبرنامج التربية العملية، يواجه الطالب/المعلم مشكلة في التوزيع للمدارس، تتراخي بعض إدارات المدارس في قبول طلاب التربية العملية، عدم توفر المكاتب اللازمة لطلاب التربية العملية، كثرة عدد المتدربين الذين يتم الإشراف عليهم في المدارس - المعوقات المالية وتتلخص في الآتي : قلة الإمكانيات المادية والبشرية المتاحة داخل المدرسة، ضعف الدعم المادي والتسهيلات المقدمة للطلاب/المعلمين، ارتفاع تكلفة الترحيل المنتظم للتربية العملية ومن المقترحات إعادة النظر في توصيف المساقات التربوية ببرنامج إعداد المعلم وتطويرها بما يخدم الكفايات الأساسية اللازمة للمعلم في ضوء مشكلات واحتياجات الطلاب/المعلمين. وقد أوصت الباحثة : - إعادة النظر في اختيار المدرسة المتعاونة المراد التدريب بها، بحيث تكون مناسبة لأهداف برنامج التربية العملية وأغراضه ومهامه. - وضع معايير محددة لاختيار المدارس المتعاونة ، وكذلك المشرفين المتعاونين. - عقد لقاءات مستمرة مع إدارات المدارس المتعاونة في برنامج التدريب، وبحث المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة/المعلمين.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the professional, administrative and financial obstacles facing the education process at the Faculty of Education (the basis of) the Red Sea University of viewpoint supervisors, become acquainted with the proposals that contribute to the improvement of practical education in the College of Education (the basis of) the Red Sea University researcher has used the analytical and descriptive study population of the administrators of practical education and school administrators, and reached (275) Musharraf and director of the school, and chose the researcher (40) supervisors at random, (15%) of the study population, and to collect information researcher designed questionnaire to measure education impediments to the administrative process and professional and financial, and the study found the following results: Professional obstacles are summarized in the following: Is not available to the student / teacher's teaching skills during field training supervisor meets with students / teachers to provide guidance and instructions after each visit, the lack of exposure of students / teachers to analyze the approach phase, which has been set up to work in them. administrative obstacles and are summarized in the following: Not a guide to practical education program is available, the student faces / teacher problem in the distribution of schools, relax some school administrations to accept practical education students, lack the necessary offices to provide students practical education, the large number of trainees who are supervised in schools Financial constraints are summarized in the following: Lack of material and human resources available within the school, the weakness of the financial support and facilities provided to the students / teachers, high systematic deportation of raising the cost of operation and proposals reconsider educational courses characterization program of teacher preparation and development to serve the basic skills necessary for the teacher in the light of the problems and the needs of students / teachers. Through the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: - Consider choosing a school to be cooperating with the training, so that they are suitable for the breeding program goals and objectives of the operation and its functions. - Put the specific criteria for the selection of cooperating schools, as well as supervisors collaborators. - meetings are continuing with cooperating in the training program of school administrations, and discuss the problems faced by the students / teachers
