أثر التحليل المالي في اتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار دراسة حالة : سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية (2014 ـــ 2016م )

Abstract

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر التحليل المالي في اتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار ، كما هدف إلى الوقوف على أهم المعلومات والمؤشرات المستنبطة من التحليل المالي التي تساعد في قراءة وفهم سليم للقرار المتخذ ومعرفة نقاط القوة والضعف والمخاطر التي تؤثر على المشروعات الاستثمارية. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي في تتبع الأدبيات السابقة. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: - هنالك أثر للتحليل المالي في اتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار. - يعاني سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بصورة عامة من عدم وجود طلب كبير على عمليات البيع والشراء - أسعار التداول تتقلب بسرعة والفارق ما بين العرض والطلب كبيراً على ضوء النتائج أعلاه ؛ أوصى البحث بتوصيات منها: - ضرورة اعتماد التحليل المالي كأكثر الأدوات ملاءمة لمتخذي القرار الاستثماري. - إتباع سياسة إعلامية مكثفة للتعريف بالدور الكبير الذي يقوم به سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية في تنمية المدخرات وزيادتها وتوجيهها لتمويل مشاريع التنمية المختلفة . - ضرورة زيادة رؤوس أموال الشركات المدرجة في السوق من خلال إصدارها لمزيد من الأسهم وذلك لتقوية مراكزها المالية.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of the financial analysis in making investment decisions. Also it aims to stand on the most important information and indicators derived from the financial analysis that helps in reading and sound understanding of the decision taken, and to know their strengths and weaknesses points, besides risks that affect the investment projects. The research followed the descriptive analytical method and historical approach in tracking the literature review. The most important results represented in the followings: - There is an impact of financial analysis in making investment decisions. - Khartoum Stock Exchange suffers in general from lack of great demand for buying and selling. - Dealing Rates fluctuate quickly and the difference between supply and demand is great. - Based on above results; the research reached to the following recommendations: The research recommended the followings: - The need to adopt financial analysis as a most suitable tool for the investment decision-makers. - Follow an intense media policy to promulgate the significant role played by the Khartoum Stock Exchange in the development of savings and increasing and redirecting them to finance various development projects. - The need to increase the capitals funds of listed companies in the market through the issuance of additional shares in order to strengthen their financial positions
