أثر خدمات هيئة الموانئ البحرية في تحقيق التنمية المتكاملة في ولاية البحر الأحمر (مزرعة هيئة الموانئ دراسة حالة)

Abstract

تمثلت مشكلة البحث في معرفة الدور المجتمعي لهيئة الموانئ البحرية من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمها مزرعة هيئة الموانئ. هدف البحث إلى إبراز خطط وموجهات إدارة المزرعة المناط بها تنفيذها للوصول إلى مرحلة الاكتفاء من منتجات المزرعة ، كما يهدف إلى التعرف على خطط المزرعة ومدى توافقها مع ضوابط البيئة والسلامة المهنية و سياسات وزارة الزراعة الولائية ومراكز التخطيط. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة . توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : هناك دور بارز لهيئة المواني البحرية من خلال ما تقدمه المزرعة من خدمات أنتاج السلع الزراعية ولذلك نجد أن الأكثرية في المتعاملين مع المزرعة من داخلي الهيئة كقطاع حكومي . المرفق يجسد الخدمات التعاونية المخففة لأعباء منتسبي هذا القطاع الحكومي. امتدت خدمات مزرعة هيئة الموانئ البحرية لتشمل عملاء في القطاع الخاص وغيره من قطاع العاملين بالولاية على حد سواء. على ضوء النتائج أعلاه يوصي البحث بالآتي : العمل على المحافظة على التميز في تقديم خدمات مزرعة هيئة المواني البحرية بشقيها النباتي والحيواني لمنسوبيها وللمستهدفين من خارج الهيئة. ضرورة العمل على الاحتفاظ بعدد المستهلكين الحاليين والعمل ما أمكن لزيادتهم. ضرورة التركيز على رفع معدلات الإنتاج من الفراخ والألبان لتغطية وإشباع حاجات المستهلكين ومقابلة زيادة الطلب.

Abstract

The problem of the study represents in identifying the societal role to Sea Ports Corporation through rendered services by SEA PORT CORPORATION farm The research aimed at high light the plans and orientations of the farm Dept. that had to be implemented to reach to the self-sufficient of the farm's products, also it aimed at identifying the farm's plans and to how extent they adaptable with the principles of environment, occupational safety and policies of the State Ministry of Agriculture and planning centers. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach and approach of case study SEA PORT CORPORATION has a prominent role represented in its integrated provided services The majority of dealers are an internal staff of SEA PORT CORPORATION which provides cooperative services to reduce the vita-minimum burdens to them. The farm's service expanded to include the client from external clients inside State. In light of the above results; study reached to the following recommendations: Working on maintaining the excellence in providing more services via its dual slots plantation and livestock to out-corporation clients The necessity to maintain the recent consumers and work more to increase more of them. The necessity to focus on raising rates of production of chicken and milk to cover the need of consumers and meet the demand requirements.
