معوقات الإدارة المدرسية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة معرفة معوقات الإدارة المدرسية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش. وقد تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية في محافظة جرش, في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 2011/ 2012م. إذ بلغ عددهم (48) مديرا ومديرة, تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة القصديّة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تحديد مجالات الدراسة وهي: محور المعوقات المتعلقة بالتنظيم الإداري, ومحور المعوقات المتعلقة بالمصادر المالية والمرافق والتجهيزات, ومحور المعوقات المتعلقة بالعلاقة بين المدرسة ومديرية التربية والتعليم, ومحور المعوقات المتعلقة بالعلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي وأولياء الأمور ضمّنتها في أداة وهي الاستبانة, ثم تم التأكد من صدق الأداة من خلال (الصدق الظاهري)، أما معامل الثبات, فقد تم التأكد منه عن طريق حساب معامل الثبات بتطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من خارج العينة وباستخدام معادلة الفا كرونباخ. ثم تم استخراج النتائج وتحليلها حاسوبياً باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي، واستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية, والانحرافات المعيارية, والنسب المئوية للمجالات الأربعة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج, ومنها أن (90%)، من مديري ومديرات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة جرش بالمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، يرون أن كثرة الأعباء والمهام الموكلة لمدير المدرسة تشكل عائقاً على الإدارة المدرسية, وأن ( 83%) من مديري المدارس يرون بعدم كفاية التجهيزات والوسائل التعليمية مما يشكل عائقاَ, وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة، توصي الباحثة بعدة توصيات , ومنها, العمل على زيادة المخصصات المالية للمدارس بالقدر الذي يغطي احتياجات المدرسه ، وتعزيز دور مدير المدرسة القيادي وذلك بإعطائه مزيدًا من الصلاحيات التي تتناسب مع حجم المسؤوليات والواجبات الموكلة اليه, وزيادة الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمديرين والمعلمين لجذب الكفاءات الجيدة لهذه المهنة ,وتحسين ظروف المعلمين المعيشية من أجل زيادة انتمائهم إلى مهنتهم وإطلاق ملكة الإبداع.

Abstract

This study discusses the obstacles of school administration at the secondary schools principals in Jerash Governorate. The study population consists of all secondary schools principals (48 principals selected intentionally) during the second semester 2011/2012. To achieve the study goal, the researcher identified the following study cores: • Obstacles related to administrative organization. • Obstacles related to financial resources, facilities and equipment. • Obstacles related to the relation between the school and the field directorate. • Obstacles related to the relation between the school, the local community and the parents. The questionnaire included these four cores and the validity of the questionnaire was verified using the Face Validity. The validity coefficient was verified using the calculation of the validity coefficient by implementing the questionnaire on a sample outside the study sample and using Cronbach's alpha equation. The results were extracted and analyzed, and the means, standard deviations and percentages of the forth mentioned cores were extracted using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study has concluded to the following results: • (90%) of the principals of secondary schools in Jerash Governorate believe that the heavy load of work and tasks assumed by the principals are a burden to the school administration. • (83%) of the principals believe that the lacks of equipment and teaching aids are a burden to the teaching process. In light of the above mentioned results, the researcher recommends the following: • Increasing the financial allocations for the schools to meet the teachers’ needs. • Enhancing the leadership role of principals by granting them more authorities that are consistent with their responsibilities and tasks. • Increasing the moral and material incentives for principals and teachers to attract the best competencies to the teaching profession. • Improving the livelihood of teachers to enhance their commitment to their work and to boost their creativity.
