(فاعلية دور المرشد الاجتماعي بمراكز التربية الخاصة بولاية البحر الأحمر دراسة حالة مدينـــــة بورتـســـــودان)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على مدى فاعلية دور المرشد الاجتماعي بمراكز التربية الخاصة بولاية البحر الأحمر في مدينة بورتسودان والوقوف على جوانب القوة والضعف للمرشدين الاجتماعيين بالمراكز، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في المرشدين الاجتماعيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمدينة بورتسودان والبالغ عددهم (7) مرشد اجتماعي ( مسح اجتماعي شامل) ، استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة المكونة من (47) عبارة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات ، وتم استخدام النسب المئوية في تحليل البيانات . توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تأهيل المرشدين الاجتماعيين العلمي بمراكز التربية الخاصة بمدينة بورتسودان عالي مما ينعكس إيجابياً على أدائهم لدورهم ورفع مخرجات العملية التعليمية . كما أن إدارات المراكز تُقدر مهام المرشدين الاجتماعيين بصورة عالية رغم الصعوبات التي تواجههم (مادية ، قلة الدورات التدريبية في مجال الإرشاد والعمل الاجتماعي ، قلة الكوادر المؤهلة بالمراكز وبمدارس التعليم العام ، عدم وعي المجتمع لأهمية دور المرشدين الاجتماعيين ) ، كما نجد أن هناك علاقة تواصل جيدة بين المرشدين الاجتماعيين بمراكز التربية الخاصة وأسر طلاب المراكز إلا أن برامج المرشدين الاجتماعيين بالمراكز لا تحقق التواصل المجتمعي المطلوب لطلابهم . وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إنشاء أقسام جديدة للتربية الخاصة بالكليات مع الاهتمام بالتدريب العملي قبل التخرج ، والعمل على تطوير الكوادر الاجتماعية من خلال الدورات التدريبية والبعثات الدولية ،وتوفير الدعم المادي للمراكز .

Abstract The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the role of the sociologist in the special education centers in Red Sea State in Port Sudan city and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the sociologist of the centers, the study used descriptive analytical method , study community amounted (7)sociologist from special education centers (comprehensive social survey), data were collected using a questionnaire composed of (47) phrase , and percentages were used in data analysis. The most important findings reflected the availability of high scientific qualification of sociologists in special education centers which positively affected their performance and raised the educational output. Centers director's appreciate sociologists tasks despite the difficulties facing them (financially, lack of training courses in counseling and social work, lack of qualified cadres in centers and general education schools, lack of community awareness of the importance of the role of sociologists), as we find that there is good relationship between sociologists and families in special education centers but sociologists programs don't achieves the required community communication for their students. The study recommended to create new sections for special education in colleges with emphasis on practical training before graduation, and work on developing the social cadres through training courses and international missions.
