اثر تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية على أداء العاملين ( بالتطبيق على مصنع جوفر – بورتسودان )

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية بمصنع جوفر بمدينة بورتسودان واثرها على اداء العاملين ومدى التزام الادارة والعاملين بهذه المعايير. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي .تم جمع المعلومات من العاملين باستخدام نظام الاستبانة. أوضحت الدراسة وجود علاقة عكسية بين المام العاملين بضوابط واشتراطات السلامة والصحة المهنية وإهتمام الادارة بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وانخفاض حوادث العمل .كما توصلت لوجود علاقة طرديه بين الاهتمام ببئية العمل الأمنة وتحسين الأداء. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالمورد البشري وذلك عن طريق توفير ظروف عمل آمنة داخل المؤسسات الصناعية لما لها من دور فعال فى تحسين أداء العاملين وتوعية العامل وتثقيفه بأهمية السلامة والصحة المهنية له دور هام في حمايته وبالتالى تحسين أدائه.كما أن الدورات التدريبية فى مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية لها دور كبير فى تحسين أداء العاملين .

Abstract This study aimed to identify occupational safety and health standards at Gofer factory in Port Sudan and their impact on staff performance and the extent of the commitment of the management and employees towards these standards. The study used a descriptive analytical approach and questionnaire was used to collect the information. The results of the study indicated that:- There is a negative relationship between employee’s knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, interest of occupational health and safety procedures and low rate of injuries .There is a positive relationship between the interest of work environment and performance improvement The study recommended that:- The interest of the human resource through the provision of safe working conditions within the industrial institutions play an effective role in improving staff performance.Training courses in occupational safety and health has significant role in improving staff performance .
