تقويم مناهج تأهيل وتدريب الأطفال ذوى الإعاقات الذهنية ( دراســة حالة : معهد نور المعارف بمدينة بورتسودان ) 2016م

Abstract

هدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على المناهج الدراسية المنفذة بمعهد نور المعارف لتدريب وتأهيل الأطفال ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة بمدينة بورتسودان للوقوف على نقاط القوة والضعف فيها والتعرف على واقع أطفال المعهد ومعرفة أنواع الإعاقة الذهنية ومسبباتها بالنسبة للأطفال لوضع السياسات للحد منها. وقد إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة حيث بلغ مجتمع البحث المفحوصين 14 معلمه . ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ما يأتي :- • محتوى المناهج المطبقة بمعهد نور المعارف ( الأهداف / المحتوى / الأنشطة / الوسائل / طرق التدريس والتقييم ) متوافقة ومواكبة لما هو مطبق في المؤسسات النظيرة داخل السودان وخارجه . • مستوى التدريب الحالي للمعلمات لا يحقق أهداف المنهج الحالي. • الكادر الإداري والفني الموجود حالياً غير قادر على تحقيق أهداف المعهد. • الإمكانيات المادية المتاحة مطابقة لمواصفات المؤسسات النظيرة . ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة :  التدريب الدوري للمعلمات أثناء الخدمة .  أن يكون المعهد تابعاً لإدارة التربية الخاصة بوزارة التربية والتعليم بالولاية.  العمل على تفعيل مجلس الأمناء .  أن تكون للمعهد مصادر دخل ثابتة.

( د ) ABSTRACT

The study aims to highlight the methods which implemented in Noor Almaarif Institution for special needs children training and rehabilitation in Port Sudan city point of strength weaknesses which are in cloud to children were canalized as well as investigating reasons behind mental disabilities . The research flowed the descriptive analytic approach . for investigations on curricula 14 female teachers . The most important results were: • The curricula prepared in the area including contents, achievement, ways of teaching and evaluation methods were standard and they have been matching with national and international standards. • The current level of training of educational staff does not match with the objective the targets of and mission of the institution. • The administrative staff is also low and cannot wipe with institutes mission. • The financial and operative opportunities for work are close to standards elsewhere. The main recommendation of the study is; • The periodical training for the schoolmistress in a civil service. • The institute should belong to the state ministry of education. • Measured the board of directors of Institute Noor Almaarif. • Financial sources should be secured for the institute.
