أثر الثقافة المحلية في فض النزاعات بالبحر الأحمر

Abstract

مستخلص أطروحة مقدمة لنيل درجة الماجستير في التنمية الريفية بعنوان : أثر الثقافة المحلية في فض النزاعات بالبحر الأحمر إعداد : جهاد الدين جمعة صالح صارمين تاريخ التسليم : يوليو 2021م إشراف الدكتور : حماد عمر حماد كلمون كلية الدراسات العليا : جامعة البحر الأحمر – السودان تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف علي مفهوم وأنواع الصراعات والنزاعات والمراحل المختلفة للنزاع، كما تهدف إلي الوقوف علي الوسائل المحلية النابعة من الثقافة المحلية ومدي مساهمتها في فض النزاعات بولاية البحر الأحمر والتعرف علي آليات فض النزاعات وتوثيق الثقافة المحلية التي تساهم في فض النزاعات . واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتعتمد في جمع البيانات علي المصادر الأولية عن طريق المقابلة الشخصية والمصادر الثانوية التي تشمل الكتب والمراجع والدوريات والمنشورات والدراسات السابقة والبحوث والإنترنت . واهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة هي أـن اغلب الصراعات والنزاعات القبيلة الأخيرة بالبحر الأحمر يغلب عليها الطابع السياسي ثم تأخذ بعد ذلك البعد الاجتماعي الظاهر للعيان ، وما زال هناك دور كبير للإدارة الأهلية في فض النزاعات ولكن يحتاج ألي تدعيمه بواسطة الجهات الرسمية وأيضا من جميع أفراد المجتمع ، ومازالت الثقافة المحلية تلعب دورا كبيرا في الإسهام لحل المشكلات والنزاعات والصراعات وتؤكد علي أهمية القلد كوسيلة من وسائل فض المنازعات في المجتمعات المحلية في شرق السودان والبحر الأحمر . ومن أهم التوصيات العمل علي التوثيق والتعريف بالثقافات المحلية ودورها في تدعيم السلم المجتمعي والتعايش بين مكونات المجتمع السوداني ، والعمل علي دعم الإدارات الأهلية والارتقاء بقدرتها في فض النزاعات عن طريق التدريب ووضع السياسات والقوانين التي تساعدها في أداء مهامها .

Abstract Abstract of a thesis submitted to obtain a master's degree in rural development entitled: The impact of local culture on conflict resolution in the Red Sea Prepared by: Jihad El-Din Gomaa Saleh Sarmin Delivery date: July 2021 Supervised by Dr: Hammad Omar Hammad Kalmon College of Graduate Studies: Red Sea University - Sudan This study aims to identify the concept and types of conflicts and disputes and the different stages of conflict. It also aims to find out the local means stemming from the local culture and the extent of their contribution to resolving disputes in the Red Sea State and to identify the mechanisms for conflict resolution and documenting the local culture that contribute to resolving conflicts. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach and relies on collecting data on primary sources through a personal interview and secondary sources that include books, references, periodicals, publications, previous studies, research and the Internet. The most important findings of the study are about most of the recent conflicts and disputes of the tribe in the Red Sea predominantly political in nature and then take on the visible social dimension to the eye / Why is there a major role for the civil administration in resolving conflicts, but it needs to be supported by the official authorities and also by all members of society, The local culture still plays a big role in contributing to solving problems, disputes and conflicts, and emphasizes the importance of imitation as a means of resolving disputes in local communities in eastern Sudan and the Red Sea. Among the most important recommendations are working on documenting and introducing local cultures and their role in strengthening community peace and coexistence among the components of Sudanese society, and working to support civil administrations and improve their ability to settle disputes through training and developing policies and laws that help them perform their mission.
