دور جمعية باسيد في تنمية المرأة بولاية البحر الأحمر (الفترة من:2011-2021م)

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث دور جمعية باسيد في تنمية المرأة بولاية البحر الاحمر حيث يهدف البحث الى التعرف على برامج مكافحة الفقر لجمعية باسيد وعلى أنواع التدريب والتمويل الموجهة للمرأةمن قبل الجمعية وأيضاً إلقاء الضوء على المشاريع الصغيرة في منطقة البحث والتعرف على الأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمرأة بالجمعيات النسوية ، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برامج الحزم الإحصائيةللعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) ، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة أن غالبية المبحوثات قد تلقين مشاريع من جمعية باسيد حيث بلغت نسبتهن 82% كما أفاد البحث أن غالبية المبحوثات أكدن أن التمويل قليل حيث بلغت نسبتهم 70% ، أوضحت الدراسة أن غالبية المبحوثات يجدن صعوبة في تنفيذ المشروعات حيث بلغت نسبتهن 93% ، ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصل إليها الدراسةعلى جمعية باسيد العمل على رفع مستوى سقف التمويل نسبة للغلاء المعيشي وارتفاع تكاليف الإنتاج ، كما يجب تمويلهن تمويل عيني نسبة لتذبذب الأسعار في السوق ، والعمل على رفع المستوى التقني للنساء .

Abstract

The research aims to identify the anti-poverty programs of the Basid Association and the types of training and funding directed to women by the association, as well as to eliminate the light on small projects in the research area and to identify the socio-economic conditions of women in women's associations. And among the most important results, the research proved that the majority of the respondents had received projects from the Basid Association, where their percentage reached 82%. The research also indicated that the majority of the respondents confirmed that the funding is little, as their percentage reached 70%. The research indicated that the majority of the respondents find it difficult to implement projects As their percentage reached 93%, and one of the most important recommendations reached by the research on the Basaid Association is to work to raise the level of the financing ceiling due to the high cost of living and high production costs. They must be financed in kind due to price fluctuations in the market, and work to raise the technical level of women.
