أثر الإتصالات الإدارية في تحقيق فاعلية القرارات الإدارية دراسة حالة منطقـة البحـر الأحمر الحـــــــــرة 2011م - 2015م

Abstract

تناول الباحـث أثر الإتصالات الإدارية في تحقيق فاعلية القرارات الإدارية وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإتصالات الإدارية بأنواعها المختلفة ودورها في تحقيق فاعلية القرارات الإدارية وكذلك التعرف على نقاط القوة والضعف في أداء الشركة ومعالجة نقاط الضعف ، وكما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي تساعد متخذي القرارات في الشركة السودانية للمناطق والأسواق الحرة المحدودة بورتسودان في الفترة من 2011م -2015م وقد أتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهنج التاريخي كمنهجية للدراسة واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها : - عدم إستخدام منطقة البحر الأحمر الحرة الإتصالات في جميع المستويات الإدارية . - يتم إشتراك كافة العاملين في جميع المستويات في وضع وتنفيذ قرارات المنطقة الحرة . - توجد وسائل للاتصالات ذات جودة عالية . وعلى ضوء النتائج أعلاه وصى الباحث ما يلي : - لابد من تحديد وسائل للإتصالات الإدارية المتبعة في المنشأة لتحديد معيار فاعلية القرارات الإدارية - لا بد أن تكون القرارات الإدارية مسؤولية الإدارة العليا فقط حتى تزيد من فاعلية القرارات الإدارية . - يجب أن تتناسب الإتصالات الإدارية مع أهداف المنشأة . As well as to identify the Strengths and weaknesses in the company's performance and address weaknesses , and as this study designed to present asset of recommendation and proposals that Help decision makers in the Sudanese Limited Company for Free Zones and Markets at Port Sudan in the period of 2011 -2015 . - The researcher followed the descriptive and analytive methodology

-The researcher Came up with a number of Findings : and recommendations including : Non – use free Red Sea area Communications at all levels of management . Are all employees at all levels to develop and implement the decisions of the Free Zone Order . Are no means of communication with high quality 1.need to be identified and the means used in the facility for administrative communications standard to determine the effectiveness of managerial decisions .

2. Must be the responsibility of the administrative decisions of senior management just so increase the effectiveness of administrative decisions . 3. Administrative Communication should commensurate with the goals of Sudanese Limited Company for Free Zone Markets
