This study aims to collect the scattered opinions of scholars that revolve around sentences that have no place in the verb, linking them to literature and applying them in the Diwan of Qais Ibn Al-Mallouh. The study used the descriptive and analytical method and the preface included four chapters that dealt in the first chapter about the Arabic sentence and its sections and the concept of the sentence among the ancients and moderns, and in the second and third chapters it talked about the locations of the sentence that have no place in the verb and provided some applied examples from the Diwan of Qais Ibn Al-Mallouh, the study came up with some results. The study reached some results, most notably that the parsing of sentences is necessary for understanding speech, its organization, showing its coherence and the secret of its beauty, and this can only be done by knowing the locations of sentences, ways of composing them and their proportion, in order to know their parsing while in context, as the parsing of the sentence governs the semantic relations between it and the surrounding speech, so it is not possible to say that it should be abolished.
