أثر الجودة الشاملة على الإنتاجية (بالتطبــيق على مصنع جوفر للمياه الغازية) للفترة من : 2012 م – 2016 م

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر الجودة الشاملة على الإنتاجية (الوحدات التطبيقية). وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي في صياغة فروض الدراسة والمنهج الإحصائي باستخدام برامج SPSS وتم تطبيق الحالة على مصنع جوفر بورتسودان. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: 1) يعمل المصنع على تطبيق مفاهيم الجودة الشاملة. 2) يوجد التزام مع جميع العاملين في المصنع بتحسين جودة الخدمة الإنتاجية. 3) يعمل المصنع على رسم سياسات تشجيعية لمنسوبيه لتقييم الأداء والمقترحات التي تعمل على تحسين الإنتاجية. 4) نتيجة لإتباع نظم الجودة الشاملة فقد زادت إنتاجية المصنع على مدار السنوات السابقة. كما قدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات منها: 1) إنشاء قسم متخصص لتطوير الإنتاج والإنتاجية. 2) العمل على التحسين المستمر لبيئة المصنع بكافة مكوناتها للمساعدة في جودة الإنتاج وزيادة الإنتاجية. 3) العمل على رسم سياسات إستراتيجية تواكب رغبة واحتياجاتالعملاء.

Abstract The study aimed to know the impact of total quality management approach (TQM) on the productivity of industrial units. The study followed the descriptive analytic approach in trying to verify the Hypotheses. for the final analysis of data SPSS was used. The case study was based on (Gofer) company at portsudan. The study arrived to the following results: 1) Gofer company strives to apply the TQM approach. 2) Gofer employees have commitment to quality improvement for their product. 3) The company has drawn strategy to future improve quality production. 4) due to the application of TQM, the productions has improved over the years. The recommendations of the study were: 1) The company is advice to create specific department for production and productivity. 2) the infrastructure development environment is a milestone for boosting production. 3) customers preference should be taken into consideration through policy strategies.
