أثر كفاءة نظام المناولة في تحقيق رضاء العملاء ( دراسة علي صوامع البنك الزراعي بورتسودان )

Abstract

تتناول الدراسة أثر المناولة والنولون في تحقيق رضاء العملاء معتبرة بذلك أن المناولة السريعة من الوسائل المهمة في المؤسسة وذلك من خلال تقديم الخدمة التي تقدم للجمهور لكسب رضاء العملاء تهدف الدراسة إلي : - بيان أهمية المناولة وأثرها علي رضاء العملاء . - الوصول إلي نتائج لمعرفة حجم المناولة وأثرها علي رضاء العملاء . - تقديم توصيات لرفع كفاءة المناولة في المنظمة . إعتمدت الدراسة علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام النسب البسيطة لتحليل البيانات معتمدة علي المصادر الأولية للبيانات باستخدام الاستبيان والمصادر الثانوية باستخدام الكتب والمراجع وبعض مواقع الانترنت . توصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج أهمها : - خدمة العملاء هي أولي أولويات العاملين بالصومعة . - التأخير في عمليات المناولة يؤثر سلباً علي الانتاجية . وقدمت الدراسة التوصيات الأتية : - ضرورة تطوير وتحديث آليات المناولة بالصومعة . - الاهتمام بالتدريب وتطوير المهارات بالنسبة للعاملين بالصومعة . - المحافظة علي جودة الحبوب وذلك بعمليات التحريك ، والتبخير ، والتطهير ، والتعقيم ، ونظافة مواعين التخزين (الخلايا) وذلك لضمان تخزين جيد وأمن .

Abstract The study deals with the impact of handling and freight on achieving customer satisfaction, considering that fast handling is an important means in the organization, through providing the service provided to the public to gain customer satisfaction. The study aims to: - Explain the importance of handling and its impact on the handling. - Reaching results to determine the volume of handling and its impact on the handling.. - Providing recommendations to raise the efficiency of handling in the organization. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach using simple ratios to analyze the data, relying on primary sources of data using a questionnaire and secondary sources using books, references, and some websites. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - The study proved that the silo's handling methods are strong. - Customer service is the silo's top priority. - Delays in handling operations negatively affect productivity. The study presented the following recommendations: - The need to develop and modernize silo handling mechanisms. - Paying attention to training and developing skills for silo workers. - Maintaining the quality of grains through the processes of analysis, fumigation, disinfection, sterilization, and cleanliness of storage containers (cells) to ensure good and safe storage.
