دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلاب الشهادة السودانية بالمدارس الخاصة (وحدة الشرقي نموذجاً)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلاب الشهادة السودانية ومعرفة الفروق الدالة إحصائياً في مستوى الطلاب والطالبات تبعا لمتغيرات (النوع والقسم الأكاديمي علمي/ أدبي) وقد تضمنت عينة الدراسة (160) طالب وطالبة 80 طالب و80 طالبة تم اختيارهم قصدا من طلاب المدارس الخاصة بمدينة بور تسودان القطاع الشرقي واستخدمت الباحثة الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) تتسم دافعية الإنجاز لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الخاصة بمدينة بورتسودان بالارتفاع. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) في دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلاب الشهادة السودانية بمدينة بورتسودان محلية الشرقي القطاع الخاص تعزى لمتغير النوع. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) في دافعية الإنجاز الدراسي لدى طلاب الشهادة السودانية بمدينة بور تسودان محلية الشرقي القطاع الخاص تعزى لمتغير التخصص الدراسي لصالح التخصص العلمي. من خلال النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة توصي الباحثة ب: 1) ضرورة الاهتمام بالجوانب التي تعزز الدافعية لدى طلاب الشهادة السودانية. 2) تقديم إرشادات وتوجيهات للطلاب الذين يعانون من تدني في مستوى التحصيل الدراسي وإرشادهم إلى الطرق الفعالة في عملية الاكتساب والمراجعة. 3) توعية المعلمين بدور الدافعية في عملية التحصيل وإقامة دورات لتعريفهم بأساليب استثارتها .

Abstract

The study aimed to know the motivation of academic achievement among students of the Sudanese Certificate and to know the statistically significant differences in the level of male and female students according to the variables (gender and academic department, scientific / literary). The study sample included (160) male and female students 80 male and 80 female students were deliberately selected from private school students in the city of Port Sudan, the eastern sector. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the study reached the following results: The achievement motivation of secondary school students in private(1) 1schools in Port Sudan is high. There are no statistically significant differences at a significant lev (0.05) in the motivation of academic achievement among students of the Sudanese certificate in Port Sudan, the eastern locality, the private sector, due to the gender variable. There are no statistically significant differences at a significant level (2)(0.05) in the motivation of academic achievement among students of the Sudanese certificate in Port Sudan, the eastern locality, the private sector, due to the gender variable. There are statistically significant differences at a significant le(3) (0.05) in the motivation of academic achievement among students of the Sudanese certificate in Port Sudan, the eastern locality of the private sector, due to the academic specialization variable in favor of the scientific specialization. Through the results of the study The researcher recomm : (1) The need to pay attention to the aspects that enhance the motivation of students of the Sudanese certificate. (2) Providing instructions and directives to students who suffer from a low level of academic achievement and guiding them to effective methods in the acquisition and revision process
