نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في الأداء الوظيفي (دراسة حالة جامعة البحر الأحمر) الفترة من 2012-2015م

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف علي نظم المعلومات الإدارية ودورها في الاداء الوظيفي في جامعة البحر الأحمر ,وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات ،فقد تم توزيع (61) استبانه علي الموظفين في الجامعة ،وتم استرجاع (56) أي ما نسبته (91%). ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: - توجد علاقة ايجابية ذات دلالة احصائية بين مستلزمات نظم المعلومات الادارية (مادية،بشرية،برمجية،تنظيمية) والاداء الوظيفي. - توجد علاقة ايجابية ذات دلالة احصائية بين تطبيق نظم المعلومات الادارية والاداء الوظيفي - وجود دور لنظم المعلومات الإدارية علي الأداء الوظيفي تمثل في وجود وعي وإدراك للإدارة العليا علي استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية وتوفر مستلزمات نظم المعلومات الإدارية (مادية,برمجية,بشرية,تنظيمية) في جامعة البحر الأحمر . - نظم المعلومات الإدارية ساهمت في تسهيل الاتصال بنقل المعلومات بين جميع إدارات الجامعة و توفير المعلومات الصحيحة حول موارد الجامعة واسترجاع هذه المعلومات بسهولة كما خلصت الدراسة إلي مجموعه من التوصيات منها السعي إلي توسيع نظام المعلومات جغرافيا إلي كل الإدارات بالجامعة للقضاء علي ظاهرة نقل المعلومات عبر وسائط نقل اخري, وربط جميع البرامج بالإدارات بقاعدة بيانات واحدة و الاهتمام بادارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ,وتعيين موظفين محترفين في هذا الجانب ,ومشاركتهم في وضع السياسات العامة للجامعة و زيادة دعم الإدارة العليا,واهتمامها باستخدام نظم المعلومات الادارية ,من خلال تقديم الاحتياجات اللازمة ,وتشجيع العاملين وتحفيزهم و زيادة الاهتمام بالإمكانيات البشرية لنظم المعلومات الإدارية "الاختصاصيين الفنيين والمستخدمين النهائيين".

Abstract This study aimed to explore the relationship between Management Information System (MIS) and the functional performance in Red Sea University .The methodology used in the comprised of the descriptive analytic .The questionnaire was used as tool for primary data collection .samples were targeted to the managerial units of the university. Sixty one (61) questionnaires was to all the staff of University, and recovery (56) that equivalent rate (91%). The most important results for this study are the following: -Statically significant and positive relationship exists between management information system requirements and Functional performance. -Statically significant and positive relationship exists between application of management information system and Functional performance. The role of MIS on the functional performance is also influenced by the conscious and awareness of senior management for the use and availability of supplies. -MIS contributed in transferring the information between all university staff and provided the right information concerning university resources and recovery this information easily. The study concluded with several recommendations: Expand information system geographically to all university management so as to elimination the phenomenon of transferring information through other media, and connect all the programs by only one data base. Upgrade the technology Administration and assign professional staff and participate them to put the policy for the university and increase support through offering requirements to use MIS and encourage employees.
